In 2001, Nordbo Enterprise became the 60% shareholder of Embra Sp. z o.o., a company owning 55.000 m2 industrial real estate in Szczecin. The objective of this venture was to demolish the old factory buildings and sell off the land to new investors. In 2006, Nordbo Enterprises bought the remaining 40% of the shares in Embra from its Norwegian partner and has since then sold off more than 50% of the land.

The profits from the sales of the industrial real estate has been reinvested in 4 flats in Szczecin and Sopot. The flats in Sopot are offered for rent.

Since 2009, the real estate activities of Norbo Enterprises has been organised in the 100% owned subsidiary Nordbo Real Estate Sp. z o.o.
